Prefer a moment with a clear speaker turn and a short, repeatable line. Check that embedding works before preparing a take; the source owner can restrict playback or change availability.

Compare a downloaded take by ear and use the waveform viewer to inspect pauses. A playable public video is not automatically licensed for copying or redistribution.
