What this practice is

A voice acting game turns performance practice into a short, finishable loop. SceneDub gives you a timed script, records one line at a time, and rebuilds the scene with your accepted takes.

Unlike an open-ended audio recorder, a scene gives every line an objective: match the moment, react to the other character, and land before the picture moves on. The finished playback makes improvement easy to hear.

A focused three-step workflow

  1. 1Choose an easy scene first so you can learn the recording controls.
  2. 2Perform the lines in the order SceneDub presents them, replaying any take that feels rushed.
  3. 3Watch the complete dub and note one delivery choice to change on the next run.

Coaching notes

  • Keep your eyes on the character before the line starts.
  • Use the full recording window without filling every second.
  • Treat the words as a reaction, not a reading exercise.
